We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and coaching and mentoring the sales team to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Set individual sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team members.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma and above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Marine industry.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
Ability to analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Need to entertain customers after work
Willingness to travel as required.
