Job Duty:

Development of marketing strategies and plans: The marketing department needs to determine the company's market positioning, target audience, promotion channels, and marketing activities based on the market demand and competitive situation in Singapore and Malaysia, in order to achieve the company's sales goals.
Brand building and promotion: Through market research, consumer insights, and other means, the marketing department plans and manages the promotion of the company's brand image to enhance brand awareness and reputation, thereby increasing consumer trust and willingness to try helloride.
User engagement tasks: The marketing department will design and execute targeted marketing activities based on user needs and preferences to attract users to consume and use helloride services. It will also pay attention to user feedback and word-of-mouth, providing suggestions for improvement and optimization to the company.
Advertising and brand promotion: The marketing department is responsible for brand marketing strategies and promotional activities, including advertising placement, brand promotion, and channel expansion.
Sales data marketing and management: The marketing department needs to have certain experience in sales data management and market business and sales management in order to better manage and optimize sales data and increase sales revenue.
Social media (Instagram) daily management, follower growth, and negotiation of cross-industry collaborations.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive at Novosys, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting our ISO consultancy services. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and regions for ISO consulting services.

· Analyze market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements.

· Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.

· Maintain a robust sales pipeline.

· Identify client needs and develop customized ISO consulting proposals.

· Conduct presentations and meetings to close deals and acquire new clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.

· Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

· Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree and above in any disciplines

· Proven experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in ISO consultancy, service industry or related industries.

· Knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes will be an advantage.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and sales-related tools will be an advantage.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

· Willingness to travel and meet with clients as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective continuity of the country-market level revenue over the agreed period

Job Requirements:

• The successful applicant must have a bachelor's degree or master in business, finance, operations or sales & marketing discipline from a recognized tertiary institution with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales and business development
