Role Overview: As an Assistant Marketing Manager at DG Packaging Pte Ltd, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and driving the success of our brand. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Create engaging marketing content for online and offline channels.
• Assist in lead generation efforts and nurturing customer relationships.
• Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year experience in marketing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process. Liaise with customers to help resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner and generally providing real-time support.

Job Descriptions

• Responsible to sell LCL services to existing and new customer to meet company required sales target
• Responsible for carrier negotiation on assigned trade lane and own secured FCL business
• Resolve problems raised by own accountable customer
• Submit sales call report in Shipco sales system - LINQ.
• Any ad hoc sales related matters as requested by superior.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales from a multinational Freight Forwarding company.
• Fresh Graduates welcomed to apply.
• Professional image, polished presentation.
• Highly motivated and a team player.
• Self-starter with a good business sense.
• Creative and proactive approach towards challenges.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels especially with external customers.
• Computer literate.
• Vehicle owners preferred.

• Responsible for content management and oversees company's various social media profiles and respond to reviews/enquiries
• Lead in outreaching to different partners and digital platforms for branding and marketing opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing Mass Communications, Creative Media Design, Digital marketing, Marketing, Advertising and relevant fields
• Preferably work experience in handling E-commerce platform
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software
