Summary of the Role

The SAP Senior Business Analyst, FICO is responsible for supporting our SAP Sales Template Rollout in our sales subsidiaries in the Asia-Pacific Region as well as providing technical support for the finance departments in their daily business. He/ she will implement the standard financial and controlling processes which are part of the SAP Template and will collaborate with management and global process owners on the optimization of business processes by integrating customized SAP solutions. He/ She provides solutions for minor changes or enhancements in the system and resolves daily issues. The SAP Senior Business Analyst, FICO translates conceptual business requirements into functional specifications in a clear manner that is comprehensible to the technical team. He / She provides best business practice knowledge to aid the design process and communicates proof of concept to stakeholders so that proposed solutions are understood.

Your Mission

Your Talents

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, management information systems, business, finance, or in a related field preferred.​

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across different markets and industries to expand the company’s customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and identifying ways our products can address them.
• Present and explain products and solutions to office managers, interior designers, consultants, and end-users, tailoring the approach to meet diverse client requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed explanations to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
• Engage in ongoing market research to stay updated on the installation market, competitor products, alternative solutions, and emerging opportunities.
• Utilize insights from market analysis to adjust sales strategies and develop competitive sales pitches.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within a related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills for market analysis.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
