The Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying inbound leads and completing targeted outbound prospecting strategies. • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics. Use this data to continuously improve strategies and approaches.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have/be:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, ideally within an enterprise SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
