Criteria:

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Minimally 2-3 years of F&B and marketing working experience

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, evaluate, and expand new franchisee and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
• Negotiate business terms with potential franchisees and partners to maximize mutual benefits.
• Manage and optimize partnership relations to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate regularly with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support the successful implementation of partnership projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Experienced in the F&B sector, particularly in franchise management and strategic partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen to achieve the company’s target.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of strategic dialogues with various partners.
• Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex agreements is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture and work effectively in a multitasking environment.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese to facilitate business communications and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Leads team of therapists effectively to ensure smooth operations of the studio

· Analyses and plans quarterly sales levels for studio and staff

· Manages and follows through the entire process of client's skincare journey

· Conducts onboarding orientation, training & coaching of new employees

· Prepares monthly revenue, sales and staff performance reports

· Works with Marketing Team on the execution of all ongoing/future promotions and campaigns

· Responds to customer feedback and ensures positive customer service in all areas

· Ensures all employees adherence to the Company brand ethos and standards

Applicants should have:

· Previous retail sales experience in management or assistant management of a store, preferably 3 years at least, with products requiring specialist knowledge and demonstration-based sales techniques preferably from the beauty or similar industry

· Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and be driven and self-motivated to achieve ambitious targets

· Competent technology skills including POS operating system and social media channels

· Good communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal

Responsibilities:

• Meet prospective customers to discover their energy needs and develop customized solutions to improve their energy efficiency especially for ACMV and control systems in Datacenters, commercial and industrial buildings (70% engineering scope, 30% sales scope)
• To establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• To attend tender site show rounds, access site conditions, and develop proposals and respond to RFQs and tenders
• Conduct presentation to customers for the energy solution proposal
• Respond efficiently to customers’ technical or commercial queries and consistently meets customers’ expectation
• Support and grow the aftermarket service business
  Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in any Engineering background.
• At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience.
• On the job skill coaching/in-house or external training provided
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Application i.e. Words, Excel, Powerpoint
• Strong interest in tackling climate change by helping facility owners improve their energy efficiency.
• Prior experience in ACMV System and BMS is a plus
