Opportunities & Exposure

1. Brainstorm and collaborate with the team to conceptualize, visualize, design and execute creative content and layouts to support SEA-Oceania regional marketing & local markets' campaigns
2. Understand business and marketing directives and brief and transform them into an array of marketing design
3. Design and produce marketing collaterals for print and digital, including websites, EDM, social media, brochures, banners, packaging print and other marketing materials with understanding of market design preferences
4. Utilize designs to convey effective messages to audiences to achieve business goals

As the Senior Marketing Manager for FHA, you will be responsible for the strategizing, planning, development and implementation of marketing activities and campaigns for the events, with the core KPIs of delivering good and quality attendance and attendees’ experience.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and execute brand communications strategies and marketing plans for the events, as well as result-driven marketing promotions campaigns
• Develop marketing and client engagement strategies and initiatives for the Asia region to enhance Events awareness, drive sales and grow market share. Then work hands-on with members of the Marketing team to deliver each initiative on the marketing calendar
• Develop regional digital and social media strategies in line with event branding guidelines and campaigns, leveraging local insights and influencers to build brand awareness 
• Work closely with key stakeholders to gather audience and commercial insights, develop a data driven POV on what motivates our buyers, and execute effective, measurable marketing campaigns
• Track responsible budgets and investments, ensuring budgets are managed in a timely manner and evaluate effectiveness and relevant performance metrics
•    support competitive benchmarking and provide data-driven insights and best practices for strategic planning;
•    Manage content, social media, creative and marketing agencies and suppliers for identifying market opportunities and delivering aligned impacts
•    Works closely and collaboratively with the Event and Sales team to plan and execute the event’s entire marketing campaign. 
•    Work with trade media and partners such as trade associations to extend promotional reach
• Onsite event management including but not limited to
  • Pre-registration and onsite registration
  • Supervision of survey temps to ensure quality insights are captured
  • Obtaining exhibitor and visitor quotes

1. TRADE MARKETING PLAN

• Oversee the animation calendar to ensure it is fully updated.
• Manage and update the full-year Trade plan according to changes from markets, and carry out detailed analysis of trade data by axis and by market.

1. TRADE COORDINATION & OPERATIONS

• Assist the Trade Marketing Executive to design customer journey and manage the trade operational execution (brief to designer team and coordination with markets).
• Developing trade tools adapted to TR APAC markets for all Travel Retail activations across the region.
• Liaise with external suppliers to ensure efficient coordination of trade tool production and delivery to the Local Markets

1. MARKETING LAUNCHES PREPARATION

• Preparation of 3 axis launch packs with information from headquarter and adapt to Travel Retail market.
• Help to update 360 launches prior to launch.

1. COMPETITION RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS

• Prepare newsletter detailing key competitor animations to ensure the team has the latest market information.
• Follow-up on China local market activities: Little Red Book, Tmall, Weibo.
• Mystery shopping in local market to monitor competitor animations.
• Conduct in-depth research about industry best practice in terms of trade retailtainment and customer journey innovation (ability to leverage on Chinese sources would be an advantage).

1. TRANSLATIONS
   • Create Chinese translations for regional GWP showcards.
   • Support the Trade Marketing Executive in Chinese-English translation.

• Working hours : Monday -Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
• Salary (Depend on experience) : Up to $3000 Gross (Up to $2200 basic + $640 Transport allowance/reimbursement) + $80 mobile + AWS + High Commission (quarterly basis) + Medical benefits + 14 days annual leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Service existing accounts and expand the product portfolio penetration in each account.
• Support the sales team by executing the trade plan displays, check and ensure
• promotions/discounts are executed accurately.
• Support product penetration strategy, to ensure the increase stock holding of fast-
• moving products are in place in accordance to the Key Account Manager’s direction.
• Monitor results and provide feedback to the sales team when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to customer coverage and frequency of the assigned accounts, defined
• by the organisation.
• Ensure excellent customer service quality.
• Keep up-to-date with new product knowledge and market intelligence.
• Reports submission – frequency to be defined by BU as deem fit:

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
• Diploma in relevant field. A background in a scientific discipline or a combination of
• scientific knowledge and relevant experience would be advantageous.
• Minimum 1-3 years of merchandising experience in key accounts management with focus in retail pharmacy industry & lower trade /wholesalers.
