Your Role

The key objective of this role is to strengthen PALO IT’s positioning in the industry in Singapore as a Tech for Good company and supporting the business in achieving their strategic goals. This role will be part of an overall strategy to accelerate the growth of driving our business towards the tech for good space. The role would ideally suit a passionate, cross functional marketing professional, with a strong expertise in B2B growth marketing, who enjoys autonomy and working in a dynamic team. This role works closely with the Global Chief Marketing Officer and will be based in Singapore.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with global chief marketing officer & leadership team to define lead generation omnichannel campaigns
• Develop & execute a local marketing plan to drive Tech for Good motto & service offerings
• Own the end-to-end marketing funnel, leveraging on data to drive insights
• Work with sales to boost pre-sales activities and convert new clients to PALO IT
• Generate direct and indirect revenue from online content, events and marketing related activities.
• Implement a strong growth marketing strategy (CRM and new customers)
• Actively participate in tech, impact and industry related events with thought leadership speaking opportunities
• Develop a partnership & influence strategy for network and key stakeholders
• Build a strong PR strategy to build awareness and credibility on the markets
• Boost efficiency of the owned media touch points (website and LinkedIn)
• Build compelling content factory and leverage marketing channels to spread the messages
• Understand the competitive landscape, customers, and influencers

WHO YOU ARE

• Marketing profile with at least 7 years of experience
• Thinker and Doer mindset
• Strong experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology marketing or consulting
• Solid background in the tech industry and relevant experience in sustainability will be preferred
• Good understanding of business priorities and strategies and capacity to influence decisions
• Good understanding in offline and online marketing strategies
• Good capacity to connect sales & marketing and develop lead generation strategies
• Strong expertise on growth marketing Inbound, outbound, ABM), knowledge on HubSpot will be a strong plus
• Collaborative skills and ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the demands of a diverse culture
• Self-motivation and confidence with a high degree of initiative is required
• High level of problem-solving skills and attention to detail is critical
• Have had exposure to an entrepreneurial culture, implemented new ideas and brought innovative solutions to the business

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Red Shield Industries (RSI) is the social enterprise arm of The Salvation Army. By re-using, recycling and restoring donations in kind from the public and corporations, it generates income through its Family Stores to support our mission to provide holistic care to the community.

RSI also strives to assist humanitarian needs in times of crisis and emergency, leveraging on its logistics network to deliever aid to crisis areas in the region quickly and efficiently.

Working closely with local and international organisations, RSI engages them in meaningful programmes for their coprate social responsibility initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing

• Responsible for managing and growing our publicity and promotional platforms via various online, social, outdoor, and print media.
• Work with sales and donor operators to develop and implement appropriate marketing activities.

Sales and Event Projects

• Undertake sales and event projects, including evaluation planning and execution in conjunction with the Retail and Administration.
• Help to increase revenue streams through marketing campaigns to drive sales activities.
• Work with functional managers on detailed event plans and budgets to deliver cost-effective sales projects.
• Work with functional managers on marketing plans to promote awareness of our e-platforms.

Roadshows/Exhibitions

• Maintain awareness of other TSA charity initiatives and activities both locally and regionally that may impact event activity.

Development of Marketing Collateral

• Undertake the development of marketing collateral to exhibit the works of TSA and RSI.
• Initiate & and place news, case studies, feature stories, and broadcasts.
• Work with Public Relations TSA on editorial write-ups and content for RSI in print and online media.

Promotions & Publicity

• Build awareness of TSA and RSI works, promote the services they offer, and drive the marketing program to achieve deliverables.
• Assist Public Relations with the coordination of media events and publicity activities.

Marketing Communication

• Monitor and assist in reviews to ensure that the organization is reaching the correct audiences and achieving its communication goals.
• Website publicity and promotions.
• Assist in the review, development, setup, and maintenance of the website.
• Track and report trends analysis.

Donor & Customer Care Management

• Work with functional managers on campaigns to build awareness of TSA and RSI works, promote their services, and help increase donation income streams through marketing campaigns.
• Work with functional managers on campaigns to expand our outreach base.

Digital/E-Marketing

• Responsible for managing and expanding Red Shield Industries e-commerce through planning, executing, and optimizing sales and marketing efforts across multiple channels digitally and offline for Red Shield Industries Singapore.
• Design prospecting campaigns and marketing plans to acquire customers and donors across new e-commerce platforms.
• Analyse market trends in relation to Red Shield Industries business and target segments.
• Discover new opportunities in digital marketing to achieve Business KPIs
• Drive inbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.
• Leverage contact information and market data to optimize reach using CRM.
• Utilize and leverage digital technology to handle marketing leads effectively.

Ad hoc Projects

• Undertake any projects and specific duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Preferably 3rd year university
