Key Responsibilities:

• General Sales Operations/Administration work is focused on sales analysis and reporting and includes:
• Selecting, managing, and training sales staff on sales related systems, databases, and associated processes
• Order processing and customer support including advising customers of product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc.
• Organizing sales seminars and workshops for customers
• Managing inventory of sales literature and brochures
• Conducting competitor research and maintaining a library of competitor information
• Preparing reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns, etc.

As the Head of Marketing at Spiral Up Games, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead our international game publishing efforts for high quality PC indie games, bridging international and the Chinese market.

We are looking to hire a Head of Marketing to represent Spiral Up Games in marketing our games to the greater China region. The ideal candidate is an individual who is familiar with the Chinese gaming market and has experience marketing premium games to gamers there.

You will be located in Singapore, but expected to travel from time-to-time to Chinese speaking regions to engage with game developers and partners there. You will work hand-in-hand with our Executive Producers to ensure Mixed Realms games are presented and marketed well to the Chinese market.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Spiral Up Games, assets, designs, and marketing materials meet local requirements for publishing and marketing in Chinese regions.
• Construct high-level marketing strategies to market Mixed Realms games to Chinese gamers.
• Build and manage an internal marketing ops team to assist in marketing efforts to Chinese gamers.
• Build and maintain relationships with Chinese influencers, game developers and partners.
• Scout for games from Chinese developers suitable for publishing consideration under Spiral Up Games.

Required Qualifications
