Job Description:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships, and expanding market presence in the electronic and optical sensing sector. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the electronic and optical sensing industry.

Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record of successful sales experience in the electronic or optical sensing industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role.
• Strong understanding of electronic and optical sensing technologies, applications, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and internal teams.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
