What you will do:

As a Sales Engineer focused on selling service agreements, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored service agreements that ensure the optimal performance and longevity of their equipment. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' needs and contribute to our revenue growth.

How you will do it:

• Customer Engagement: Identify potential clients and develop a deep understanding of their equipment and maintenance needs.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with technical teams to design service agreement proposals that align with clients' requirements and budget constraints.
• Presentation: Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of our service agreements.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions to secure service agreement contracts, ensuring they are mutually beneficial for both the client and the company.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for service agreements.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to adapt your sales approach effectively.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to the sales manager.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our services, products, and the technical aspects of the service agreements offered.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in technical sales and/or hands-on experience, in either, HVAC, Fire, Security, or Building Management System.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Strong in negotiation and interpersonal abilities, chosen candidate will need to participate in and sometimes lead negotiations with vendors and customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and develop relationships with all levels of clients
• Possess strong Hunter mentality, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn with a growth mindset.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within Singapore as needed.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus.

• Managing of all direct & indirect material inventory to ensure sufficient supply at all times.
• Coordinate warehouse activities such as distribution, issuance and receipt of cargoes of different temperature.
• Ensure all stocks are being stored at the right temperature and place.
• Monitor and Control material usage and ensure FIFO and ensure no supply issue at all times.
• Liaise with Purchaser & Quality team on any item quality issue to rectify and prevent supply shortage issue.
• Investigate any inventory discrepancies, reconcile all inventory reports and highlight all issues/findings for management review.
• Organize and conduct regular stock take in different locations to ensure stock accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of all locations and prepare regular inventory reports in an orderly and timely manner.
• Control all key items delivery daily and ensure to maintain safety stock and prevent over stocking.
• Responsible for stocks return, exchange and stocks adjustment functions.
• Address issues promptly, maintain operational standards, and enhance processes for optimal efficiency.
• Timely report and submit the KPI reports to the Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a food / beverage manufacturing environment.
• Organized, structured, analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Good communication skills and able to work well with staff from all level.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.

• Salary: Basic up to $3800 + Allowances + Bonus
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
• Location: Tuas (Shuttle pick up at Pioneer)

Job Scope:

• To support and coordinate with sales department
• To attend customers & suppliers phone calls related to products and order inquiries
• To assists superior in daily sourcing operations including sourcing steel materials, price negotiation & follow up delivery
• To ensure all materials are purchased/delivered according to required specifications & requirements as stated in PO/DO
