· Manage and oversee the sales operations of assigned Business Division in the Asia Pacific region.
· Increase company market share in the assigned territories such as Vietnam, Korea, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Bangladesh.
· Achieve maximum sales growth and market penetration by effectively selling the company’s products and related services.
· Grow sales via different distribution channels including machine builders, textile producers and resellers.
· Navigate sales via conventional and digital sales channels
· Ensure a high sales skill, product knowledge and motivation level amongst the regional teams by conducting regular training, support and team building measures.

Requirements:
· Degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
· More than 5 years of proven experiences in a regional B2B sales leadership role, preferably for European companies
· Manufacturing industry and/or machinery sales background is preferred.
· Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
· Ability to interact with top management, buyers and technical engineers.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills with business proficiency to support China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
· Team player mentality. Assertive and convincing when necessary
· Open-minded personality, willing to break new ground.
· Frequent business travel up to 50%
