- This is a Financial Sales role within a top local Bank which offers excellent career progression opportunities and Employee Benefits
- $3.3k - $5k Monthly Basic + $300 Fixed Allowance + Quarterly Sales Commissions = Annual remuneration between $60,000 to $100,000 and above
- No prior experience required (refer to 'Requirements' and 'Additional Information' below)
- High volume of Client Prospects/Leads (Branch Walk-in's + access Bank's Client Database)
- ^ NO Roadshows, Door-knocking, Street Surveys, or individual Advertising required
- Island-wide Branch Locations (assigned to Regional team nearest to you; subject to availability)
Responsibilities
- Primary Objective: Introduce and promote Sales of the Bank’s suite of Bancassurance (Insurance) and Unit Trust (Investment) products
- Access Clients via Branch Walk-ins and the Bank's vast database
- Conduct Consultations in Face-to-Face, Virtual and/or Phone settings
- Walk potential Clients through a thorough Fact-Finding process to identify shortfalls/gaps in their short- and long-term Financial Planning
- Aided by the Bank's proprietary Financial Planning software, recommend bespoke Product Solutions that address your Clients' needs
- Achieve and Exceed the Quarterly Sales Targets to receive Commissions and qualify for Incentive Overseas Trips, Awards, and more
- Attain effort-based KPIs (such as Case Count, Appointments, Cold Calls, Regulatory Compliance, Customer Service rating, and more) to qualify for Career Growth opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma, or Degree and above (any discipline) in compliance with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Bank's requirements
- Complete prerequisite CMFAS modules before commencement
- *1st attempt per module eligible for reimbursement
- ** Guidance and Supplementary Materials provided
- Must be comfortable working 5.5 days per week (Mon-Fri + Saturday Mornings)
