• Pre-sales preparation, sales presentations, conversion of prospects to customers and after-sales service
• Gather regional market and competitor information (technical, prices and product development), ensure meeting pre-determined targets.
• Formulation and execution of market growth strategies for tasked Segment and territories
• Collaborate and work with other department/ regional offices to maximise growth and orders

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/ electronics discipline
• Possess good sales and customer service knowledge
• 3-5 years of sales experience in Power generation , power management/control , switchboard industries would be added advantage.
• Self- motivated, independent and sales driven to develop and increase revenue
• Strong learning curves in upgrading technical knowledge
• Regional travelling is required
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Possess own car

Job Responsibilities :

• Define, drive, and deliver Company’s listing strategy
• Generate new asset leads by identifying value-capturing asset opportunities.
• Be fully immersed in token project circles, ventures funds, and with liquidity provider
• Negotiate and close on commercial terms of crypto projects, managing a robust pipeline, and produce in-depth research reports with your team.
• Automate the process necessary to list cryptocurrencies across Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations teams
• Coordinate marketing strategy and operation.

Qualification:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the freight forwarding industry.

- Strong understanding of international logistics, supply chain management, and freight forwarding processes.

- Proven ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a client-centric company.
