Job requirements

• Degree qualified
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in banking and financial industry
• Minimum 7 years’ experience of business / credit planning/strategy in corporate banking
• Demonstrate strategic planning and business management with independent and strong problem-solving skills
• Skills to build up framework and generating ideas for initiatives for business promotion
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to use Excel and PPT
• Program management experience with financial background
• Assimilates broad-ranging information quickly and able to distil into key points

Job Description

As a member of Network Revenue Optimization team within FedEx AMEA Marketing division, you will be responsible for Air Express demand and capacity planning for long and medium term. Air Express demand fluctuates and experiences “peak and trough” throughout a year while the goal is to optimize profitability and provide competitive service.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop quick understanding of FedEx air network, demand trends and commercial strategies to optimize capacity planning & maximize revenue.
• Commercial assessment & prepare revenue forecast for flight network changes.
• Understand business requirement and leverage data (FedEx internal and external data sources) to develop and present project plans and recommendations to management.
• Proactively collaborate and engage with other key stakeholders to lead and define marketing goals. You will work in close collaboration with cross functional teams in Asia,Middle East and Africa region.

Requirements:
