Job Description

As our high growth momentum continues, we're currently hiring for Accounts & Sales Support Executive to support our expanding Sales team in Singapore! The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of working experience in similar role. We offer competitive remuneration package and good career progression opportunities.

In this role you will:

A. Sales Support:

· Reporting to Sales Manager.

· Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from various countries.

· Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries.

· Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing invoice, navigating customer to payment platform, issuing sales order, purchase orders to other trade-related documents.

· Responsible for shipment arrangement to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.

· Establish active communication and engagement with sales and logistic team to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

· Point of contact for Key account inquiries and being an inside sales for existing customers.

B. Accounts:

· Maintain accuracy of general ledger.

· Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation etc.

· Prepare monthly financial and management reports for management.

· Oversee AR and AP data and maintenance of sub-ledger;

· Handle data entry of transactions to accounting system.

· Support audit and tax queries.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.

· Basic accounting skills.

· Computer skill such as MS Office.

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our company products and boost brand awareness.
• Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developers, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc).
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction market and exceed sales targets.
• Understand Clients’ requirements, work closely with QS and Procurement team to prepare quotation to secure sales and provides material forecasts effectively.
• Keeps a close update on the site progress and continual communications with customers to ensure accountability for timely payment and collection.
• Prepare and report on sales forecast management, including data analysis with Excel.
• Develop Powerpoint slide decks for presentation to stakeholders and management whenever required.

Job Requirement:

IT Business System Analyst

(1 year renewable/convertible contract)

Working Hours: Office Hours, Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and formalise user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation, analyse functional specifications work with functional consultants and developers to coordinate the work, track the progress of the work
• Design integration flows focusing on the use of reference architectures and best practices
• Document and maintain integration services and interface specifications
• Identify and resolve integration issues with vendors and internal IT teams
• Lead in preparation of test scenarios, conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT) and the activities in UAT phase
• Prepare user manual and operations manual and plan & facilitate training of users and operators in using the system
• Manage and escalate critical issues such as scope creep with the relevant managers
• Maintain good rapport with customer to manage their expectation in terms of project scope & schedule.
• Provide consultancy and advice to the business solution. Anticipate, quantifies and resolves problems and issues related to requirements
• Provide consultancy to the team on IT products and tools, including interconnectivity and relationships between the tools
• Guide the team in understanding the system architecture design and information architecture design
• Provide advice to clients in a specific domain to review the business process and propose improvements and ICT solutions to meet their needs

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
• 5 years of IT experience in business analysis and technical integration
• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle or SCRUM
• Experience in Salesforce product implementation
• Understanding of Product Implementation process and methodology
• Experience in supporting/developing Bespoke web applications
• Familiar with MS SQL and .NET, Salesforce development tool
• Familiar with Project Financial, Resource Management and Project Management tools
• Professional Certifications in TOGAF and AWS is advantageous
