• Location: Kaki Bukit (Office) 5-Days work week
• Working hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
• Salary: S$2,000 - $ 2,800

Responsibilities:

• Direct reporting to Sales Manager for daily paper works, co-ordination, and other assigned jobs.
• Answering phone calls, do filing, check and print e-mails.
• Printing of tender specifications and drawings, pick up the quantities from drawings.
• Assisting in compilation of catalogues and presentation slides.
• Extend quotation for existing tenders to clients.
• Co-ordination work with suppliers and clients for samples and catalogue submission.
• Co-ordination with project team on confirm projects for execution.

Requirements:

• Able to work overtime when require.
• Able to start work immediate or within short notice

Responsibilities:

• Support local marketing team by facilitating execution of marketing activities.
• Examples of activities include social media content, school open day, art competitions, event boothing, etc.
• Assist in scheduling meetings for local marketing and industry relations teams.
• Follow up via email with studios, vendors, and prospective students
• Respond to questions from prospective students
• Check and monitor status of prospective students’ enquiries and applications.
• Submit materials for graduates’ career support initiatives.
• Ensure information on websites are up to date.
• Websites management
• Collate and submit selected students’ materials to film festivals, student awards etc.

Job Requirements:

• Prior coordinating experience preferred. No prior experience but willing to learn may apply. Entry level is welcomed.
• Interest in marketing, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro will be a plus.
