Main responsibilities

As a Functional Tester:

· Handle the core banking system’s and payment system’s various test phases: regression tests, integration tests, functional tests, test automation

· Good Knowledge and working experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.

· Define functional test scenarios for core banking and payment systems

· Overall responsible for ensuring End to End testing for all the streams.

· Maintain up to date test libraries (test scenarios, test cases)

· Working with SIT & UAT Testing Team, reviewing, testing scenarios, test cases and helping developers and testers in clearing their doubts about the requirements etc.

· Recording defects utilizing defect tracking tool with priority and severity and alert the management

· Manage planning, communicate with stakeholders

· Prepare regular reports on test results

· Supporting the business users for User Acceptance Testing

· Supporting Operations team / Business Users team to complete the testing

· Managing testing at times when required and found the issues / testing not closing or moving as expected

· Lead Defect Management related actives

Job Requirements:

• The position requires a minimum of 8-10 years relevant functional tester experience with Payment systems and Core Banking applications.

• Good knowledge in Payment area like interaction with Clearing, payment file format ISO20022, SEPA and SWIFT. Hands-on experience with such data mapping and testing.

• Hands on experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs and channels.

• Extensive knowledge on various kinds of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass & Bulk payments.

• Proficient in End to End, Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications

• Experience in following areas is a plus: Retail Banking, Wholesale & Corporate Banking, Corporate commercial Payments, International & Domestic Payments, Payment Hub/Factory, Correspondent Banking, ACH, Real Time Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management, Compliance/AML, FX, Messaging (Swift and ISO)

• Functional testing experience in GPP-SP (Global PayPlus – Service Platform) is mandatory

• Hands on experience on testing methodologies

• Working knowledge of XRAY/JIRA

• Knowledge of all phases of IT testing lifecycle and IT system development and implementation life cycle

• As part of an integrated organization across 3 main sites (Paris, SQY, Singapore), be able to forge close relationships with program director, others team leads, architecture functions and quality assurance teams. It could be a limited travel aspect for this role

Job Summary

• Annual strategic Marketing Planning, and continual improvement plans on a monthly /quarterly basis.
• Development, production & management of events/marketing collaterals - Online & Offline, including the conceptualization of events & campaigns.
• Management and maintenance of CEG & CLC websites and online media platforms (eg, social media) to increase online presence with quality content, handle CLC media communication/enquiries in a timely manner.
• Management of agencies/designers/contractors to co-ordinate design and development of in-house materials/visual designs/brand refresh exercise such as pre-and post-event assessment, tracking of results – leads, conversions and cost-effectiveness.
• Internal coordination of events/marketing activities for product launch for Direct Centres and Preschools, including evaluation of events and marketing activities.
• External Coordination of events/marketing activities including periodic check at branches - display of marketing materials, branding signage, etc.
• Documentation and leads data management.
• Preparation of weekly/monthly compilation of data of new students and prospects hit rates in monthly reports/ad hoc reports - Review of marketing activities, expenses, results and the preview of forthcoming marketing plan.
• Plan and update of budget, actual, and previous year's data, as well as keeping track of marketing invoices and advise on provision when necessary.
• Keeping photobank and marketing/branding design database with backup system in an organized and systematic & retrieval-friendly manner.
• Ensure compliance to PDPA matters- updated personal data protection act and any media regulations; Keep up-to-date of parents/students' agreement for marketing collaterals.

CEG Related Marcom Duties:

• Update corporate ID manual where necessary;
• Manage CEG website / social media - QC CEG’s SBUs’ article content and quality to be loaded on CEG social media, handle enquiries in a timely manner.
• Check and pre-clear the usage of CEG corporate branding in publicity by various SBUs,
• Handle CEG marcom material requested/required by various government agencies e.g ESG,
• Handle media coverage of CEG
• Work on CEG corporate booklet and manage its inventory & distribution where applicable,
• Manage CEG’s corporate gifts where applicable.

Others

• Organizing and attend monthly Combined Marketing Meeting (when assigned) and weekly/ fortnightly meetings.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Admin or related fields
• Prior marketing experience would be preferred
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other designing software will be an added advantage
• Team player with good written & spoken communications skills
• Creative, meticulous, organized, detail-oriented and a performance-driven multi-tasker.
