• Ownership of treasury management ensuring a sustainable framework to optimise cash flow at business and project levels.
• Manage the performance and development of direct reports, assessing performance, developing technical training programs, coaching, and building the skill sets required to ensure that staff are adequately resourced to perform.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in similar role and capacity
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related technical discipline which may include CA and/or CPA qualification, combined with advanced subject matter knowledge across the function and advanced people management skills.
• Experience in developing business plans and implementing financial mechanisms, and/or sound commercial acumen and in-depth understanding of general and transactional accounting, cost accounting and reporting.
• Problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex issues, guide and coach others in the resolution of problems.
