•  Freehand Sketching / Auto CAD Drawing and coordinating with the draftsman for proper

•  Manage BIM Team and coordinate modeler for BIM Model Submission
•  Interpreting the drawings of water pipes, valves, and pumps.
•  Attending meetings and Liaising with the Project Managers, M & E coordinators, Consultants
• & authorities regarding the Project.
•  Prepare and submit progress claim /vo

Job Responsibilities:

- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert interest into course registrations.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree or equivalent practical experience in sales, education, or adult learning.

- At least 2 years of experience in sales, client engagement, or educational promotion.

- A proactive, hunter mentality with a fearless approach to prospecting.

- Passion for promoting lifelong learning and personal development among adults.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored for adult learners.

- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine desire to learn and help others.

- Effective time management and self-discipline to achieve sales goals.

- Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
