RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day branch sales and operations.
• Achieve outlet monthly target
• Motivate and manage a team of customer service, consultants and therapists to achieve their goals.
• Ensure a high level of service quality and total customer satisfaction.
• Identify, recommend and promote appropriate treatments and products to customers’ needs.
• Provide sales training and skill training
• Build and establish relationship with customers.
• Handle customers’ feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.
• Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Required Skill(s): team management, sales and operations, consultation, customer service
• positive attitude
• At least 4 years of relevant supervisory/managerial level experience in the beauty/spa industry.
• Able to lead and mentor a team
• Good communications and strong interpersonal skills.
• Result driven and service oriented.
• Willing to work retail hours.

Work hours:

• Weekday 11am-9pm ; weekends and PH 10am-7pm
• Off day (discuss when interviews)up to 8 days off per month
