This is part of the NUS Enterprise Academy with broad responsibilities in nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs.

The new member will work alongside the existing team and be primarily responsible for:
• Managing new/existing programmes involving local and international students and entrepreneurs, including the administration of student related matters, internship placements, etc.
• Overseeing running of new programmes/initiatives involving international students/ startups
• Lead and drive the team operational support including providing administrative support to the team lead and devising SOPs for team’s operational processes
• Managing and building the community of programme participants, alumni and partners
• Building relationship with key partners and stakeholders involved in the various programmes and initiatives
• Planning and overseeing marketing and outreach for new programmes/projects and to build potential participants pool
• Developing and managing shared work processes and knowledge/data depositories relating to the programmes and initiatives
• Planning and organising outreach activities to grow network of startups and partners for future participation or collaboration

Qualifications

• Degree Holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven project/ programme management skills
• Leadership experience would be an advantage, but not a must
• Entrepreneurial experience and knowledge on entrepreneurial trends in Singapore and globally would be an advantage, but not a must
• Passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, have broad background to understand innovation and entrepreneurship
• Resourceful and comfortable in fast changing environment
• Effective team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - good grasp of written and spoken English, good knowledge of secondary language will be an advantage
• Outgoing personality who enjoys building and growing network of connections with students, startups, corporates, ecosystem builders, etc.
• Willingness to travel overseas, where needed

Responsibilities:

• Prepare an initial Go-to-Market plan with milestones
• Develop the Industrial IOT business
• Gradually grow a team in selected markets to address the IOT products and solutions
• Keep an eye on the competition evolution for the various products and services
• Build the Account Plan in order to define the account strategy and align the plan with the customer and the internal stakeholders
• Orchestrate and network with all internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing or a related field
• Extensive exposure to the customer industry (MNO).
• Capable of driving results across virtual teams and able to represent Thales Group as a whole
• At least 10 years of relevant experience working with IoT sales
• Good technical knowledge on IoT ecosystem and industry
• Entrepreneur mindset with a true sense of initiative, curiosity and autonomy
• Acts naturally as a team builder and is a good communicator
• Ability to convince, persuade and negotiate, both internally & externally
• Willingness to travel regionally
