As a Program Manager - SEA, you will own and deliver LSS South-East Asia (SEA) projects AOP for Revenue, Margin, Billings & collection, and Productivity target. You will oversee the execution of SEA projects and initiatives while maintaining exceptional and consistent performance and providing direct, effective communication to business leadership on assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own Financials Forecasting & Reporting, be the focal point for the Services projects at the regional level and collaborate with LSS business stakeholders to ensure business KPIs are met or exceeded

· Drive measurable financial improvement in LSS projects business across the region, including revenue acceleration, and Margin & Working Capital improvement

· Support the growth of LSS projects while partnering with LSS Business leaders, Growth leaders, and project teams, and plan for frontlog execution

· Partner with ISC function for improved forecasting, delivery, and communication of SIOP

· Drive transformation of execution processes and drive process compliance and continuous improvement

· Ensure adherence to existing global quality processes as well as continuously developing and implementing improvement

· Drive Productivity improvement via the use of the Global Migration Support Centre (GMSC), Advance Migration Technology, and Global Engineering Services

Key Qualifications & Capabilities:

Support in the operations at Youth Services (YS), assist in the conceptualization and implementation of delivery of services to our clients in the community and in schools. • Support the organisation of programme and services sub-committee meetings and quarterly service review meetings

Job Purpose:

This is a role for a senior manager at Vice President level within the Global Transfer Agency operational unit and reporting into the APAC functional head. The candidate will have people management and oversight governance responsibility.

The candidate is expected to be responsible for handling daily BAU activities including client and vendor servicing while managing an operational team in Singapore. Having an industry knowledge and experience in fund services operations and administration in Singapore or in the APAC region is a benefit.

Skills:

In addition to a strong knowledge of TA operations and the Funds Industry as outlined above, the candidate also needs to display strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, people management skills and time management skills. The candidate also needs to be able to work independently on projects or sub sets of projects and effectively represent the TA function operationally.
