Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in business or chemical engineering field etc
• Candidate with Class 3 Driving license and own vehicle is preferred
• Must be open for Overseas travelling when required.
• Candidate that have experience worked with precious metal / metal refinery is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the supply chain sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless integration of sales and supply chain operations.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the supply chain or logistics industry.

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
