MISSION

Building & Facility Operations

• Conduct thorough inspections of essential systems, including mechanical, electrical, fire safety, and plumbing, ensuring full operational readiness.

• Partner with key stakeholders to guide Maintenance Works, Building Improvement initiatives, and structural inspections.
• Support the Centre Manager in adhering to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, Estate Management, Project & Facilities Management, or equivalent.
• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is required.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in managing building systems (M&E).
• Proven expertise in managing commercial properties.
