In this role, you will be overseeing the corporate secretarial functions of the listed Singapore business and its subsidiaries, including tasks such as filings and compliance across different jurisdictions. Additionally, responsibilities include coordinating quarterly board meetings, drafting minutes, providing guidance to board members, drafting resolutions, offering ad-hoc advice, maintaining group structure integrity, and implementing governance best practices.
