As an Area (or Regional) Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for a number of stores in an allocated area. You’ll be responsible for staff and you’ll work closely with other senior managers and department managers.

Your duties will include:

• Setting sales targets
• Maximizing sales and profitability
• Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment
• Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
• Driving team performance
• Controlling the training and development of your staff

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Manage sales activities, address customers' enquiries, sales order processing, initialing of quotations.
• Seek lead contacts from various sources and perform marketing/cold-call.
• Perform support to Sales Admin and Marketing function.
• Site visit / meeting to discuss on delivery requirement.
• Provide inside sales support to internal department to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Follow-up with site visit, order coordination and payment collection.
• Other ad hoc assignment as assigned.
