• Lead the Sales team in working closely with Distributors leader/groups to ensure their success and growth with Market_Singapore
• Generate strategic sales ideas and sales activities to boost sales for MASG branded products, MASG Unfranchise Business and Partnerstores business.
• Manage, lead and support distributors training and events
• Manage overall communication, digital literature and marketing effort related to Sales functions. Communication channel include WhatsApp, social media, Newsletter, digital magazine and etc
• Build strong relationship with distributors by providing training, guidance and participating various Distributors’ team meetings.
• Manage, train and promote of sales Tools that support Distributor’s business growth

Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent majoring in Business
• Minimum 8 years working experience in Direct Selling Industry and 5 years working experience in management position
• Experience in public speaking and providing training. Able to formulate a training plan, coordinate and deliver the entire training; be dynamic on stage and able to motivate the audiences
• Excellent communication skills with staff and Distributors
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for sales training and sales tolls preparations.
• Flexible, well-organized with excellent time-management skills, results oriented, but attentive to details
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills
• Positive thinking; establish/maintain rapport with Distributors while maintaining professionalism even under pressure and difficult situations
• Must be a self starter and best team player, internally driven with personal pride in what s/he does.
• PC literate (MSOffice, etc.)
• Able to take extra duties, even work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays occasionally
• Some international and local travels are required
• Able to operate well and manage effectively in a matrix organizational structure

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and sales leads from phone, walk-ins, and queries from online website
• Assessment of suitable helpers to match with employers, and securing placement of the helpers
• Arranging interviews for helpers and employers
• Be the main point of contact for both employers and helpers and advise them as required
• Build and maintain good client relationships with both employers and helpers
• Handle all administrative work for placement of helpers, diligently following up on helper arrival and giving timely updates to employers
• Follow up with any after sales service and counselling to helpers and / or employers

Job Requirements

• Possesses CEI (Basic) or willing to take course
• Experience working in an employment agency is an advantage
• Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesian or Bahasa Melayu is an advantage

Sales Support

• Assist in preparing sales quotations and follow up on quotation status (training will be provided).
• Assist in updating sales opportunities into sales pipeline reports using cloud software.
• Assist in order processing and delivery coordination.
• Assist the sales and service team in daily sales operations and liaise between other departments on sales order delivery.
• To liaise with supplier and customer to ensure prompt completion of each sales order.
• Provide good customer service through product knowledge, handling enquiries.
• To work as a team to meet monthly set targets and annual goals.

Admin Support

• Responsible for order processing, purchasing, invoicing.
• Liaise with suppliers/ couriers on delivery matters and installations.
• Co-ordinate with customers on delivery schedules & updating of delivery status.
• Generate weekly report (delivery tracking list) and update record of suppliers list.
• Provide general office administrative support such as filing, data entry, scanning of documents, ordering office items etc.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties from time to time, as and when necessary.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop large Private Client base by nurture existing clients, reactivate lapsed clients, and develop personal relationships with new, high-value prospects, to introduce them the exclusive Private Client service

Maintain client relationships to the standard required to achieve personal sales targets and related KPI’s

Create and send personalized communications to your clients, to inform them of new products, designers and other company’s news that is relevant to their interest

Organize and host client engagement activities (e.g. meals, events, styling appointments, shopping experiences, etc.) within your assigned geographic region
