Responsibilities

• Provide professional smart TV sales and service to all customers' enquiries to convert to sales in Courts
• Ensure products are well displayed in the store
• Responsible to generate daily and monthly sales reports, and report store and market situation and product competition
• Handle and attend to some of after sales service and support

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years retail sales experience

• Understand the business and marketing needs for precious metals recycling
• Involve in material procurement
• Define solutions for marketing to meet client requirements
• Attend trade events, industry conferences and networking activities to expand professional network, stay updated on market trends, regulations and to promote services
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with clients
• Identify new market segments aligned with the company's growth strategy
• Master methods of precise calculations for metals & provide accurate proposals to customers
• Update CRM system with supplier, business leads information and follow-up status
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Business Operations Manager on activities, targets and performance

Requirements

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
• Min. 3 years’ experience with similar capacity in recycling or similar industries
• Proficient in accurate calculation and profitability to prepare quotes
