Our Logistics Specialist has primary responsibility for controlling the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through to customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. As our Sales Manager for South East Asia, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Executing our sales program that will ensure achievement of plan and net new revenue targets for each of your Account Executives
• Drive the performance of the team, ensuring individual and team sales targets are consistently exceeded and ensure full ownership and accountability of appropriate KPI’s

• Deliver consistent and accurate sales forecast reports utilising Salesforce
• Continuous tracking and optimising conversions, success and revising plans based on data

What will you bring 

• 6+ years’ experience in high volume B2B sales, with a minimum 3+ years’ experience leading B2B sales teams
• Training in sales techniques/methodologies preferred
• Understanding of the Human Resources and Payroll Industry (SaaS would also be beneficial)
• Experience selling to SMEs at scale
• A track record of over-achieving on team targets and strong experience of coaching and mentoring your team
