• Event Assistance: Assist in the planning and execution of community events, including game nights, tournaments, and meetups, by coordinating logistics, promoting the events, and providing on-site support as needed.
• Product Knowledge: Learn about new board game releases, industry trends, and popular titles to effectively communicate recommendations and updates to the community.
• Feedback Collection: Help gather feedback from the community regarding their preferences, experiences, and suggestions, and assist in analyzing the data to provide insights for improving products and services.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including organizing documents, maintaining databases, and assisting with correspondence.
• Comfortable in front of the camera: Willingness to appear on camera for social media content creation, including video reviews, live streams, and community updates.

Requirements:

• Passion for board games and a desire to learn about community engagement in the gaming industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and an interest in digital marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
• Minimum educational qualification of Diploma in marketing, communications, film & media studies or a related field

• Handle enquires from customers through/from/via emails, faxes, telephones, letters, or other communication channels
• Advise customers of product availabilities, delivery dates, delivery location etc
• Take care of filing correspondence, coordinate, handle shipping and delivery documents, and negotiate LC to banks
• Processing documents for sales meeting, tracking sales records and take parts in sales meeting
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth deliveries
• Processing and updating of PO/records in the system
• Verify orders confirmation and supplier invoices against PO/System, inform supply chain for any discrepancy
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
