About the Third Party Risk Management Specialist - APAC

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist - APAC is the intermediate level role in Wise’s Third party Risk management. This individual is responsible for ensuring the outsourcing activities comply with relevant outsourcing regulations and laws, align with internal policies and procedures, and are effectively governed to minimise risk exposure in the regional level. The role involves coordinating TPRM efforts globally, supporting regional stakeholders teams, coordinating audit finding and other gaps, and facilitating reporting activities in the APAC region. 

The specialist will collaborate with local internal teams and other stakeholders to manage and report on outsourcing risks, ensuring effective third-party risk management across the company.

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist - APAC duties and responsibilities:

1. Outsourcing risk communication and remediation support
   
   Facilitate the presentation of regional outsourcing risk profiles locally. Provide support for outsourcing-related remediation activities, ensuring that control measures are fit for purpose and meet country-specific requirements and align with global program. 
    
2. Support with risk appetites and KRIs

3. Global-Regional coordination and oversight

6. Support and collaboration with regional teams

7. Build third party risk awareness and trainings 
   
   Build and embed a culture of awareness about third-party processes, and deliver training and workshops to stakeholders involved in managing third-party relationships, continuously improving their understanding of processes and the TPRM program.

We are looking for Payment Operations Senior Specialists to join our APAC Payment Operations Regional team in Singapore. 

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the APAC Payment Operations Team

• Maintaining consistent and high level execution of recurring tasks & responsibilities within the designated domain;

• Investigating, solving and escalating any issues connected to respective domain in a timely manner;

• Acting as the first level escalation point on the cases and crisis level within own domain, and handling incidents in your area of expertise;

• Supporting stakeholders in solving complex problems related to their area of ownership and ensuring timely and relevant communication;

• Driving product and process improvement in their domain in collaboration with stakeholders;

• Coordinating product and processes related risk assessment and mitigation initiatives;

• Supporting or owning training and mentoring responsibilities of new and existing specialists.

Job Description

• Execute all sales activities starting from preparing quotations for customer and follow up on sales order and ensuring timely delivery of the goods from factory and timely shipping and invoicing to customers.
• Attend to all incoming phone calls and handle customers’ request.
• Maintain good customer business relationship.
• Liaising and Co-ordinating with internal department and external parties.
• Handle feedback from customer and resolve complaints
• Coordinate with other departments and ensure customer’s order are processed efficiently
• Archive and sort documents and data in physical and electronic form
• Undertake other ad-hoc assignments and duties

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business Admin/ Engineering
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good team player and Positive attitude
• Able to work independently
