Get to Know the Role

You will expand and manage our merchant network, onboard new merchant partners, maintain relationships, and ensure their continued success. You will pitch, negotiate, and close deals will be crucial, as will your capacity to handle merchant queries and collaborate with our teams to maximise our commercial impact. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Manage full cycle sales to meet, pitch, and lead negotiations with assigned and prospected merchant leads to acquire and onboard them to Grab.
• Champion Grab's value proposition as the leader of choice for merchants.
• Engage with merchants from diverse establishments, building relationships and managing their performance.
• Handle daily merchant queries (commercial and operational) and ensure a smooth onboarding and post-onboarding process.
• Stay up to date with market trends, industry knowledge, and competitor activities to contribute to strategic planning.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Proficient in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is beneficial for engaging Mandarin-speaking merchants.
