Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. Providing 24x7 application L2 support at Client location (Bank Local IT team)
2. Coordination with Operations team for any issues encountered in the application or interfaces of the application
3. Working on complex tickets after analyzing the COBOL Code and providing updates on RCA/Fix to L3 team
4. Maintaining the customer KPIs as per contract, Monthly Governance meeting preparation and presentation
5. Participating and owning various events such as Disaster recovery, Certificate renewal, Infrastructural migration, regulatory reporting to customer etc.
6. Design & develop micro services-based application.
7. Write Unit Test suites and BDD.
8. Perform Code reviews, Debugging & troubleshooting
