Responsibilities

Technical Support

• Deliver IT technical support for end user services, including identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners, and hardware components.

Software Management

• Install, reinstall, troubleshoot, and reconfigure Microsoft Windows and related applications (e.g., Windows 10 OS, MS Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook).
• Install and deploy software on Apple iPads.

System Maintenance

• Perform regular maintenance and updates for printers and other hardware.
  Manage move, add, and change (MAC) requests and support queries.

Support Coverage

• Ensure reliable 24/7 business-as-usual (BAU) support, including handling projects and technology refreshes.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
• Prefer minimum 1 year of end - user support experience
• Good team player
