Responsibilities and Tasks here:

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
Identify and utilize appropriate recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks and employee referrals.


Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online platforms, databases and industry events.
Review resumes, assess applications, and pre-screen candidates to shortlist the most qualified individuals.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare competitive job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
Facilitate the background check and reference check processes.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.
Track and provide monthly recruitment report such as the budget spent on various recruitment channels and tools.
Generate regular reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance talent acquisition strategies and optimise hiring outcomes.

Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role within an in-house HR department.
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data for reporting purposes.
Familiarity with employer branding strategies and social media platforms for talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Candidates with experience in furniture products will be prioritized
• Applicants with experience in space-planning, interior design and decoration will be an advantage

• Ability to multi-task is vital to this role as you will be collaborating on several projects
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A (min.) diploma in Interior Design or Interior Decoration will be a plus
• Software Proficiency to include: Google Docs, Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Analyze, investigate and manage daily application issues/incidents
• Perform query jobs, generate data statistics and reports
• Perform system/issue monitoring & tracking of resolution through incident management system
• Work with cross functional teams (application development, infrastructure team) for incident investigation and follow up.
• Perform application deployment, support post deployment and post maintenance verification activities.
• Perform project documentation and document base-lining.
• Administration of application configuration, user account, and support audits activity related to this.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computing Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in IT Operation, application support and end user management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written & spoken communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Structured query language (SQL).
• Involvement in night support activity (based on duty roster) is required
• Team player and work independently without supervision

Operational Scope:

2. Collecting Survey reports once loading complete
3. Process split orders manually
4. Assemble to dispatch original documents to customer/Bank

Documentation Scope:

1. Screening the LC swift and advise LC workability/ambiguous clause for LC amendment.
2. Send request to Surveyor to prepare split Survey Reports based on Split B/L
3. Receive Survey report
4. Send Survey report/OBL copy to customer to receive back up LOI. Customer Sales should send the document copies to the customers.
