The Role

You will be responsible for AR as well as credit control function. Responsibilities include following up on outstanding debts, sending reminders to customers, monitoring the receivables, preparing aging report, performing reconciliation, involved in AR month end closing. You are also to work closely with sales personnel to ensure debts are achieved, resolve disputes, conduct credit review, evaluate credit risks and perform any related ad hoc related tasks when required.

Your Profile

You should have a diploma in the relevant discipline with at least 3 years of AP/AR experience. You should have good problem-solving skills, are meticulous, with good initiative, possess good communication skills as well as can work within tight deadlines. Immediate availability would be advantageous.

The Sales Operations Executive will primarily support Sales team(s), which could be selling multiple events/products across regions. They will provide structured sales administration, Salesforce (CRM) support, data analysis & investigation, reporting, data management & floorplan management. The role will drive consistency and quality in the Sales teams and act as a key link between multiple stakeholders at a given time. Being able to prioritize tasks would be essential due to the multiple events that’s being required to handle. Attending events local/overseas to support Sales & Operations team to ensure the smooth success of the event.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Administration & Team Support

· Sales enabling administration including issuing sales contract and invoice, payment collection and floorplan management

· Monitor sales figures and remind relevant sales persons/offices to follow up on outstanding contract/payment for responsible event(s)

· Ensure customer queries are answered and/or resolved in a timely manner

· Manage the distribution of the exhibitor manual order forms and be the point of contact for responsible event(s)

· Provide necessary forms for: sales, stand upsells, promo opportunities, catalogue (publishing events) and facilities forms for online customer tools

· Act as key liaison point with Event Operations team for customer data and Event floor plan queries

· Prioritizing tasks and eye for details

· Where required, support Event team in organisation of sales events

• CRM (Salesforce) / invoicing system (EMS) support to sales teams

· Serve as Subject Matter Experts (SME) on Salesforce.com business process for sales teams, cross training and sharing knowledge

· Support data entry into invoicing system and Salesforce.com and ensure accuracy through period analysis

• Reporting, Data Analysis & Investigation

· Perform Salesforce (CRM) reporting and ad-hoc reports as requested

· Where relevant manage integration of International Joint Venture reports

· Support Sales team with proactive insight and trend analysis

• Campaign Management

· Support to Sales Leadership and CRM team to set up, assign and manage campaigns

· Manage the gathering of member lists / data for campaigns and QA

• Testing & Improving Salesforce Development

· Act as liaison between Sales team and CRM team to gather regular system feedback

· Help identify priorities for development and gather requirements

· Perform User Acceptance Testing

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· University Bachelor’s Degree / University of Business Admin / Applied Sciences qualification

· Minimum 2 years of sales support experience across international regions and cultures

· Strong organization, time management skills and ability to work with senior internal stakeholders

· Experience of data analysis and manipulation

· Ability to proactively handle and respond to internal & external stakeholders

· Interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm

OTHER PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

· Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) Preferably

· MS Office

• Salary range $3k - $3.8k
• 5 days, 10am - 6pm (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content that aligns with the Marketing Team’s goals and target audience
• Maintain and operate video equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting and accessories, ensuring optimal quality of video production
• Plan and execute shoots for a variety of video content including commercials, interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, skits, etc.
• Work with the marketing team to develop the storyboard for video scripts before each shoot
• Create engaging short-form videos for YouTube Shorts / Reels / TikTok, filming with either a DSLR camera or phone camera, depending on the need
• Optimize videos for various social media platforms and formats
• Sort out footages and perform creative video editing (including cutting, trimming, adding effects, subtitling, colour correction and improving audio quality)
• Be in tune with latest video trends, techniques and keep conceptualising new video ideas
