Your assignment

Summary

The Senior Sales Manager reporting to Director of Sales is responsible for identifying, developing and managing accounts within specific segments and develop new accounts or business opportunities within corporate travel industry/leisure generating and maximizing business potential of designated portfolio through daily sales activities.

Business Development

Main Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations

• Communication bridge between HQ/Brands and Operations team to ensure all requirements from Brands are met in actual operation.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on basic legal agreements, such as NDAs.
• Maintain paper and electronic filing drives/systems for records and correspondence
• Manage, file, keep record of board resolutions, contracts and legal documents.
• Update contract templates as necessary
• Maintain clear and easily accessible records of contracts and trigger contracts discussion with stakeholders before expiry or when necessary
• Provide full legal and company secretarial and administrative support to the team including the compilation of internal legal matters and updates
• Oversee and administer the contract execution process within the company. Assist with beginning to end process for contracts (sometimes includes assisting with approvals or signatures/electronic or wet signatures)
• Handle errands, scheduling meetings etc.
• To liaise with other departments and external parties where necessary
• Other related tasks assigned from time to time.

The main tasks will be:

• Provide in-house CTRM support to worldwide users during their day to day tasks (including pricing, exposure, pnl, VaR, invoicing matters and more), escalate supports when required to development team and ensure following-up with them. Ownership required on each support to provide best service.
• Understand and challenge CTRM’s enhancement requests from users, in order to liaise with development team.
• Train new comers, as well as current users when required, on any part of the CTRM and/or other in-house applications.
• Operation and problems solving of business applications including jobs monitoring, interfaces and servers in close collaboration with DBA, network, infrastructure and development teams.

As the Test and Learn Specialist, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by supporting the region’s markets with customer selections and target audiences for media, rewards and segmented customer communication. As a Test and Learn Specialist, you design, perform and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across media channels to generate actionable recommendations.

Your role translates marketing and sales opportunities to customer target segments and design a test set-up, understanding the applied statistics to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• You  support the sales markets in the region to make the right customer selections and target audiences for the activity based on globally available segment structures in tools like Adobe and SAS (e-mail, push, rewards, on-site, and eventually targeting other media channels).
• Setting up the right test approach for hypothesis from the Strategy & Planning and commercial teams, following up and presenting findings and recommendations of the tests on a short- and long-term basis.
• Recommend customer-centric commercial actions using the existing CRM customer segment structure to identify locally relevant audiences where there is a potential for activities to increase customer engagement, sales or profitability.
