The institution is currently seeking to fill three (3) open positions for this role. The prerequisites for the position

are outlined below.

Contract Period: From 1st Jan 2025 to 31st Dec 2025.

Mondays to Thursdays:7:00am to 4:00pm (inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break)

Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm (inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break)

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services

The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following tasks:

Assist the Ops Manager in:

• Opening and closing of classrooms and learning resource rooms.
• Conducting checks of teaching and learning facilities, including toilets.
• Reporting unserviceability of equipment/fixtures.
• Accompanying MOE term contractors (e.g., Pest Control, Electrician, Plumbers) for inspections and maintenance/repair works.
• Providing feedback on the quality of work performed by contract cleaners and maintenance personnel.
• Assisting in logistics support for school events and functions.
• Performing traffic warden duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to understand simple English.
• Must be strong and healthy.
• No prior experience required as on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided.

Keeping a record of any issues, problems usually within a database

Providing on-call support

Maintaining and updating technical and instruction manuals, policies, and procedures

Managing a support ticket system

Upgrades, or updates

Review the system periodically

Monitor and report whenever necessary
