• Maintain the online e-commerce portals including but not limited to items daily maintenance, stock management, campaign execution, and price updates.
• Prepare and create product listings on the Shopify platform. Ensure functionality on a daily basis by doing website checks.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on key e-commerce KPIs (sales, conversion rate, traffic, etc.) including forecasting, profit/loss, and useful market insights to the leadership team.
