Responsibilities

• Perform receipt of goods and ensure items are delivered or stored in the correct locations. Assist in administrative support of all programmes, collation of Programmes Survey Results
• Assist in the issuance of keys or access cards to students, staff or vendors for facilities under SD purview.
• Receiving/escorting of guests for meetings, assisting in room setup and logistics preparation for meetings.
• Assist to book facilities through Facility Booking platforms.
• Safety-related Activity (First Aid)
• To dispense first aid bags/items to student clubs for replenishment and manage first aid supplies during POL-ITE competitions.
• To participate in the department’s table-top and scenario-based exercises such as fire drills as well as in event of fire emergency.
• To contact and liaise with vendors/Estates for ad-hoc repair and scheduling of maintenance/servicing of safety equipment.

Requirements

• To be able to converse in English and write simple reports or statement of account using MS Office applications
• Should be physically fit
• CPR AED Certified Receptionist

Major Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming prospects with requests for demonstrations, quotes, trials and general information on Avanan solutions.
• Discover needs of prospects, and schedule demonstrations for senior management, developers and IT within medium to larger Fortune 500 corporations within industries including financial, education, technology and healthcare.
• Maintain a minimum daily outbound call volume of 50-70 calls
• Setting qualified demonstrations for Field Sales to qualify prospects that become pipeline opportunities
• Outbound call prospecting to inbound Marketing created leads and cold calling to new opportunities
• Keep close tabs on the status of prospects, detailing their needs, tracking discussions, and intelligently following up
• Perform pain discovery and provide demos to potential customers interested in a first-hand look at Avanan’s award-winning solutions.
• Continually increase the size of opportunities and overall pipeline for your sales territory

Desired Background

• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
• 1-5 years of cold calling and inbound request follow-up, with expertise in persuasiveness and negotiation
• Looking to build a long-term career in Sales
• Experience working with CRM software like Salesforce.com, direct dialers, Prospecting tools like Outreach and Marketing Software like HubSpot.
• A relentless drive to connect with, listen, inform, and convert leads into qualified demonstrations
• Ambitious, independent, and goal-driven with a laser-like focus on exceeding your metrics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and great organizational skills

Purpose: The role will be responsible for performing equipment assembly according to assembly drawings that are able to meet customers' requirements and specifications.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

· Perform basic & advanced machine electrical wiring works.

· Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly.

· Perform assembly per assembly drawing, Bill of Material, Electrical and Pneumatic control diagram.

· Perform alignment, test, process inspection, integration, and product release procedures.

· Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits.

· Perform reporting in shop floor control system

· To ensure quality, efficiency, and delivery performance.

· Perform periodical calibration and maintenance for assembly tools.

· Handling quality and shipment documents.

· Participate in programs for improvement.

· Practice work safety and good 5S housekeeping.

Qualification & Experiences:

· Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent course

· Fresh graduates are welcome

· Preferably with Workplace safety & health in Metal work certification

· Knowledge on assembly drawing.

(Note: must be able to commit to 12-hour shift work)
