• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely completion of account closures using accounting software.

Customer Assisted Channels are part of the Group Technology function and oversee the technology delivery of the customer assisted channels of Retail Bank across the group. The GTO Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver multiple projects spanning various Business Units and countries. Delivering Projects & Programmes within stage gate controls and project SDLC guidelines while managing issues, risks, dependencies and project change will be core competencies to the role.

The GTO Project Manager has the authority to run the Programme on a day-to-day basis, verify that the Projects and Programmes produce the required deliverables of quality, within the specified boundaries of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.

Key Responsibilities

The GTO Project Manager is responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related Projects. Accountable for delivering a Project or Programme on time, within budget, and within scope. Summary of Responsibilities:

• Assign sufficient manning to cater for daily operational needs
• Planning of VIP arrivals and departures and ensuring operational efficiency

• Coordinate and lead the team on internal hygiene audits with Hygiene and Safety department personnel on a weekly basis
• Coordinate and lead the team in the yearly Haccp audit and ensure compliance and pass audit
• Work with the Revenue Manager, Reservations Manager, Sales Manager and Front Office Manager to ensure strategies are in place to maximize revenue opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of luxury hotel experience, preferably in Front Office

• Good decision making skills
• Knowledge of Opera system and other related sub-systems interfaced to the hotel’s computer system
