• Collaborate with BUs to develop learning roadmaps based on competency frameworks to ensure that the learning needs for employees are clearly reflected for different job grades.
• Facilitate and oversee in-house training programmes for staff such as Group Orientation in an engaging and professional manner.
• Conduct timely reviews of the programmes run by Synapxe Academy to ensure that programmes are effective, and to source for alternative programmes, where relevant.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree with more than 15 years of working experience and prior experience in Learning and Development domain.
• Has at least 5 years of supervisory experience managing a small team of at least 3 staff independently.
• Proven track record in managing learning operations and systems, facilitation, programme development, and learning solutions deployment.
• Attainment of the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance or other established learning and development certifications would be an advantage.
• Ability to handle intense workload, set up systems and structures in a complex working environment, and project manage a few workstreams at once.
• Good stakeholder management skills and have an enterprising mind to look ahead at the evolving needs of the operations and proactively manage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for maximizing brand visibility, recognition and engagement during trade shows and/or for overall branding
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging events aligned with the brand's image and goals
• Develop and implement effective public relations launch strategies for new products, services, or initiatives while evaluating the success through post-event analysis
• Cultivate media relationships to secure coverage and manage press releases. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in FMCG or beauty industry
• Proven experience in marketing roles, with a strong background in trade and retail marketing, branding, lead generation & CRM
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
