Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for providing business support assistance, corporate strategy(executional) support, and coordinating marketing communications for the CEO office. The role reports to CEO and involves handling various tasks and responsibilities in both offices to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations and the overall efficiency of the business and the responsibilities associated with the role :

Business Support:

• Provide full secretarial and executive administrative support for the CEO and CSO (Chief Strategy Officer)

As a Brand Director, you will have opportunity to work on creating winning strategies for brands, driving the business results. QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years' experience in FMCG industry
• Has P&L experience on running a large (>$200-250 million) business
• Must have prior work experience in Beauty care
• Should have worked across multiple APAC Markets
• Must have experience managing design and media agencies
• Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and courageous leadership skills

Job Summary

Being a Donor Relations Manager, you will have to effectively build meaningful connections with Cancer Science Institute of Singapore (CSI) and the University's donors while implementing personalized donor engagement plans that strategically aligns with CSI's vision, mission and ongoing research initiatives. You will also need to demonstrate a genuine passion for philanthropic work and a strong belief in the mission and vision of higher-education institutions. You must be able to showcase a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals, including donors, colleagues, and stakeholders. This requires the possession of exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate the goals and impact of CSI effectively to potential donors.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Program Development:Develop and implement effective donor engagement programs that align with organizational fundraising objectives.
   Create processes to systematically engage, cultivate, and recognize donor constituencies.
   
2. Donor Relations Initiatives:Oversee comprehensive donor relations initiatives, including communication strategies, recognition programs, and stewardship efforts.
   Ensure that donor engagement activities are in line with organizational stewardship objectives.
   
3. Collaboration and Communication:Serve as the communicative link between various departments and faculty members to optimize donor engagement efforts.
   Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to enhance the overall donor experience.
   
4. Reporting and Documentation:Compile reports from different faculties for donors, providing them with transparent and detailed insights into the impact of their contributions.
   Ensure accurate and timely documentation of donor-related information.
   
5. Editorial Excellence:Edit and proofread donor relations materials to ensure they meet the highest editorial standards.
   Craft compelling and accurate narratives that effectively communicate the impact of donors' contributions.
   
6. Donor Contact Point:Serve as a primary contact point for donors, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates on the impact of their support.
   
7. Proactive Relationship Building:Play a proactive role in seeking support from donors and building strong working relationships with various stakeholders within the University.
   Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership that align with the University's and donors' interests.
   
8. Flexibility and Additional Duties:Undertake and perform additional duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and adaptability to evolving needs within the donor relations role.
   
9. Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance donor engagement and support.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognised University.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for Project Development and Facilities Management of the workplace (research and office), aligned with A*STAR?s strategic goals in research.

The job scope encompasses project development and manage project life-cycle from space/concept planning to building facilities which are of quality and incorporated smart features. Post project development, the job holder will take lead in contract management and ensuring A*STAR's facilities are managed in a safe and sustainable manner, and value-for-money.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Formulate development strategies on space management, infrastructure planning, project development and management in ensuring optimal and sustainable design to facilitate world-class scientific research.
• Translate users' requirements to design brief & technical specifications, establish project budget for the procurement of consultancy services and construction contracts.
• Advise and evaluate the technical specifications to ensure sound engineering approach and / or technologies are exploited at reasonable cost.
• Oversee and control construction timeline to ensure that the projects are completed safely, on schedule, fulfill budget marksmanship and meets the specified (quality) standards.
• Manage project meetings between project team, users, consultants, contractors for effective execution of project milestones.
• Establish and define requirements for facilities maintenance, establish maintenance programs factoring environmental sustainability and cost effectiveness.
• Be a champion in leading green practices and promote sustainability in operations and maintenance of building & facilities.
• Implement and review maintenance engineering initiatives to achieve higher reliability, maintainability and serviceability.
• Establish contracts in support of facilities management & maintenance of various infrastructure e.g. ACMV / M&E services, BMS, Gas and Chemical Systems, Security Access Control, Cleaning & Pest Control, Landscaping, General Building services etc.
• Engage internal stakeholders and various external parties e.g. Landlord, Contractors, Supplier in keeping A*STAR facilities relevant and vibrant.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in project development and / or facilities management in research and/ or industrial facility.
• A self-driven and meticulous individual who has the strong ability to multi-task.
• Good time management skills and ability to deliver results under tight timelines.
• Possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and organization skills.
• Confident to communicate at all levels and able to thick creatively and apply strategic thinking to tasks.
