As an Assistant Project Manager/ site Engineer for Construction Facade, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of facade projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in construction facade works, ensuring that projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and in adherence to industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of construction facade projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Implement effective project management methodologies to optimize project delivery. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Jobs Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Manage the transfer of new product from design engineering to manufacturing sites for mass production, inclusive of transfer planning, facility preparation, production team training, build & test procedure, material and tools/equipment readiness.
• Develop and evaluate manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with design engineering, equipment vendors, production and field service teams.
