About the role

This position is for a Field Service Engineer who ensures that customers receive timely, efficient, and effective support to maximize the performance and longevity of the products or systems. Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Commission and test of F&G equipment or systems at customer sites globally.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely or on-site, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
• Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions and support.
• Train customer personnel on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site and during travel.
