• Co-operate with R&D and Production Team on qualification of proposed projects
• Liaise with finance and procurement team, build cost model and analyse cost impact of proposed projects
• Filed patent of innovative technical concepts that were proven to work and are applicable in Semiconductor packaging industry
• Provided quarterly financial reporting packages, budget guidance, and ad hoc analysis to the management and other stakeholders.
• Participated in and managed the R&D segment of acquisitions and drove post-acquisition integration projects.
• Responsible for annual budget, quarterly forecast & long range planning.
• Perform monthly and quarterly financial expense close and variance analysis.
• Responsible for product standard costing process and inventory related matters.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent

Job Descriptions:

• Plan & collaborate across different application/infra teams to manage functional dependencies of the solution
• Collaborate with business stakeholders Market Risk Business, technology team to help finalise requirements and deliver solution.
• Assist with completion of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), application performance testing.

Requirements:

• More than 8 years track record in analysis, design, development and tracking delivery of global/regional IT capabilities for a bank or multi-national/regional company
• Experience in banking industry preferred
• Proven result-oriented person with a focus on delivery
• Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient communicating with non-technical stakeholders
• Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills
• Extensive knowledge of various market data instruments such as equities, commodities, FX, IR curves, options, volatilities etc.
• Technical Skill: Java / J2ee, Spring, webservices, Windows batch/Unix shell scripting, java script, SQL, PL-SQL, vendor proprietary language etc.

Responsibilities
• Gather, collate, and analyse requirements from business users and provide clear functional specifications for enhancements to ALM Risk Systems.

• Perform impact analysis of enhancement requests on existing processes.

• Design solutions that are sound, adequate, and forward-looking to address ALM business requirements.

• Plan, schedule and execute to deliverable objectives from initiation till successful implementation within agreed timelines.

• Devise comprehensive test plans (including test scenarios and test cases) to test IT deliverables.

• Perform User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, Simulation Testing and Live verification to ensure system deliveries meet requirements objectives.

• Formulate a Roadmap for ALM Risk Systems that continually address existing and potential business needs.

• Provide functional support to business users and co-manage ALM Risk System production issues with technology partners.

Requirements
• Degree in Banking, Financial Engineering, Computer Science or any other related quantitative discipline with about 1 to 5 years’ relevant experience in business analysis area

• Understanding and experience in the area of ALM Risk, including Liquidity Risk and Interest Rate Risk, specifically LCR, NSFR, MCO, IRRBB is preferred.

• Prior experience in implementing or managing an ALM Risk System would be an advantage.

• Prior business analysis experience of interfacing between IT Teams

and end Users and translating / documenting business requirements into documents that can be used by IT Teams for development of systems solutions.

• Knowledge of machine learning and AI usage would be useful.

• Strong inter-personal, communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in SQL and Excel
