• Perform correct BIM modelling practices for documentation and authority submission
• Work with project architect on all matters pertaining to design, technical compliance and building code / regulations
• Perform clash detection and resolution to ensure conflict-free designs
• Provide BIM modelling/CAD (computer aided drafting and design) support
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Architecture / Civil / M&E Engineering or any equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of BIM / VDC local Project experience
• Certificate in BIM Management / VDC will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Latest technology for 4D – 7D BIM / VDC / VR / Simulations will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Bentley plant design application software such as OpenPlant Modeler and OpenPlant PID is preferred
• Experience in preparing construction drawings
