We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to join our newly established GTM and Commercialization team within the VAS organization. This team is dedicated to enable accelerated revenue growth in VAS for Asia Pacific by driving scalable, predictable and repeatable sales outcomes in a data driven manner. Primary responsibilities:

• Establish scalable and repeatable GTM strategies and processes that can be applied across different products and services

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in region and global to ensure alignment and consistency in GTM strategies.
• Contribute to other VAS strategic initiatives as needed, acting as a subject matter expert on VAS capabilities as well as strategic vision.

We work for one of the largest multi-national banks (Client) with presence across the globe. We work on payments domain and is one of the industry leading solutions for the Client. We are responsible for migrating the bank’s legacy applications to a new regionalized.

Looking for a seasoned project manager who would be responsible for:

·       Actively contributes to strategic planning and ensures plans will deliver project on time, quality, and budget.

·       Define and documenting project scope and resource requirements.

·       Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members

·       Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders

·       Creating a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture

·       Optimizing current processes and team productivity by implementing innovative ideas.

·       Supervising project documentation

·       Taking responsibility for project milestone delivery

·       Responsible of handing over the project to the Production support after go-live.

·       Represent in change control management for the deliverables.

·       Controlling the scope creep throughout the project life cycle.

·       Enforce all application teams to follow the bank Regulatory & bank SDLC guidelines.

• Strong communication skills (oral & written) as well as solid presentation skills in a variety of formats and with a variety of audiences. A positive attitude and a go-getter drive.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a detail oriented and data driven approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate productive collaboration on a global level and across varying departments.
• Ability to negotiate priorities across global organizations and deliver across multiple projects as required. Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively demonstrating impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient who is a creative thinker and can analyze and compile large swaths of data and present effective trends and outcomes, able to provide guidance, and motivation to the team members.

·       Overall experience of 15 Years

·       8+ years on project management

·       Experience in managing large payments transformation projects

·       Good understanding of ASIA/APAC Local Schemes, ISO standards, SWIFT, etc.
