• Liaise with statutory bodies, banks, and other third-party business partners, as required.

Requirements:

• Possess ICSA or Corporate Secretarial qualification equivalent
• Experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services
• Experience in working digitally and working with a team remotely
• Familiar with digital corporate secretarial services, facilitating electronic signatures and handling client files digitally
• Familiar with ACRA Biz-filing requirements

• Management of project and maintenance activities/ budgets throughout fiscal year to achieve department goals
• Oversell all facilities planning and operations (maintenance, modification, space allocation etc)
